I really enjoyed the infrared sauna experience. It was incredibly relaxing, and I felt calm and rejuvenated afterwards. The wellness centre is a beautiful space with a lovely atmosphere, and I’ll definitely be returning for regular appointments.

This place is truly relaxing from the moment you enter. The owner Deb, has made it an oasis of comfort and calm. The float tank is my favourite I think. I fell asleep within the first 10 minutes of a 50 minute float. I also experienced the salt and infrared sauna, these therapies are excellent for health as well. I recommend you try them all! Thank you

Oh my what a find - I almost don’t want to share the secret! 🤩 My husband and I were staying nearby and were able to secure a last minute massage. It was sublime! Thank you Bec!
